How to Set Up SMS Notifications for Customers

After reading this, your customers will receive automatic SMS messages at every stage of a job. Rundo sends confirmations, reminders, en route alerts, and payment receipts via Twilio.

Open Settings
Click Settings in the sidebar, then select General.

Find Notification Settings
Scroll to the notifications section.

Toggle each notification type
Enable or disable: Job confirmation, Job reminder, En route alert, Payment received, Invoice sent.

Save your preferences
Click Save. All future jobs will use these settings.
Pro tip
Make sure every customer has a phone number on file. Rundo silently skips SMS for customers without a phone number.
