How to Set Up Your Price Book
After reading this, your price book will be configured with your actual rates and service items. Rundo comes pre-loaded with 90+ common trade services that you can edit to match your pricing.
Open Price Book
Click Price Book in the sidebar under Business.
Review pre-loaded services
Each trade section shows common services with suggested pricing. Click any name, duration, or price to edit it inline.
Edit pricing to match your rates
Click a price to change it. Changes save automatically when you click away.
Add custom services
Click Add Custom in any trade section. Enter a service name, duration, and price.
Toggle services on or off
Use the toggle switch to activate or deactivate services. Only active services appear in the New Job drawer.
Pro tip
You can import your existing pricing from a CSV file. Click Import CSV at the top of the Price Book page and download the template.
