How to Set Up Job Reminder Notifications

After reading this, your customers will get a reminder SMS the morning of their scheduled job. Rundo sends reminders automatically at 8am local time.

Open Settings
Click Settings, then General.

Enable Job Reminders
Toggle on the SMS Reminder option under notifications.

Save
Click Save. Reminders will go out automatically for all future jobs.
Pro tip
Reminders reduce no-shows significantly. If a customer needs to reschedule, they can call you before the tech drives out.
