How to Set Technician Permissions

After reading this, you will be able to control exactly what each technician sees in Rundo. By default, technicians only see their assigned jobs. You can expand access per person.

Open Team Settings
Click Settings, then Team & Availability.

Click on a technician
Click the technician's name to expand their card.

Find the Permissions section
Scroll down to the Permissions section.

Toggle each permission
Enable or disable: View all jobs, View customers, View estimates, Create estimates, View invoices, View reports.

Changes save automatically
Each toggle saves immediately. The technician's sidebar updates on their next page load.
Pro tip
Enable Create Estimates for senior technicians who quote jobs on site. They can create and send estimates from the field without calling the office.
