How to Mark an Invoice as Paid Manually

After reading this, you will be able to record cash, cheque, or e-transfer payments. Rundo lets you mark any invoice as paid with the payment method and date for your records.

Open the invoice
Go to Invoices and click on the sent invoice.

Click Mark as Paid
Click the Mark as Paid button.

Select the payment method
Choose Cash, Cheque, E-Transfer, or Other.

Enter the payment date
Select the date the payment was received.

Add a reference
Optionally add a reference number like a cheque number or e-transfer confirmation.

Click Confirm
Click Confirm. The invoice status changes to Paid.
Pro tip
You can upload a photo of the cheque or payment proof. This is useful for audit trails and bookkeeping.
