How to Customize Your Notification Templates

After reading this, you will understand how Rundo's notification templates work. Currently, Rundo uses pre-built templates that include your company name and the customer's name automatically.

Open Settings
Click Settings, then General.

Review notification types
Rundo sends notifications for: job confirmation, job reminder, en route, payment received, and invoice sent.

Toggle each type on or off
Enable the types you want customers to receive. Disable the ones you do not need.
Pro tip
The en route notification is the most appreciated by customers. It tells them your technician is on the way without you needing to call or text manually.
