How to Create an Invoice from a Completed Job
After reading this, you will be able to generate a professional invoice from any completed job. Rundo pulls line items from the job's estimate and approved change orders automatically.
Open the completed job
Go to Jobs and click on the completed job.
Click Create Invoice
In the Financials section, click Create Invoice or tap the Invoice button in the top bar.
Review line items
Rundo pre-fills line items from the estimate and any approved change orders. Edit as needed.
Set the due date
Choose a due date. Rundo defaults to your account's payment terms setting.
Add notes
Optionally add notes that appear at the bottom of the invoice.
Click Create
Click Create Invoice. The invoice is saved as a Draft until you send it.
Pro tip
You can also click Generate Invoice from the job's top action bar. Rundo builds the invoice with one click and includes all approved change orders.
