How to Book Your First Job in Under 15 Minutes
After reading this, you will have your first job booked, a customer created, and a confirmation SMS on its way. Rundo is designed so your first job goes live in under 15 minutes from signup.
Click New Job
From the dashboard or Jobs page, click the orange New Job button.
Select or add a customer
Type a customer name. If they do not exist yet, click Add New Customer and fill in their name, phone, and address.
Select a service
Choose a service from your price book or type a custom job title.
Set the schedule
Pick a date and time. You can use the smart scheduler to find available slots based on your team's availability.
Assign a technician
Select one or more technicians from the dropdown. Skip this if you are a solo operator.
Click Create Job
Click Create Job at the bottom. Rundo automatically sends an SMS confirmation to the customer.
Pro tip
If you are a solo operator, you do not need to assign a technician. The job will appear in your My Jobs view automatically.
