How to Assign a Job to a Technician

After reading this, you will be able to assign any job to any technician on your team. Rundo shows you each tech's availability in real time so you can avoid double-booking.

Open the job

Go to Jobs and click on the job you want to assign.

Open Job Details

Expand the Job Details section at the bottom of the page.

Click the technician dropdown

In the Assigned Technician row, click to open the dropdown.

Select a technician

Choose a technician from the list. Green means available, red means busy.

Save the change

The assignment saves automatically. The technician sees the job in their My Jobs view.

Pro tip

You can assign multiple technicians to the same job. The first one selected becomes the primary tech.
