Rundo is built for small to mid-sized Canadian trade businesses with 3 to 15 employees. This includes HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, roofers, landscapers, appliance repair technicians, and general contractors.
Rundo offers three plans priced in Canadian dollars. The Core plan is $49 per month and includes 3 users and 100 customers. The Pro plan is $99 per month and includes 10 users, unlimited customers, recurring jobs, and advanced reports. The Elite plan is $179 per month and includes unlimited users, CSV export, and dedicated support. All plans include scheduling, invoicing, payments, and SMS notifications with no add-on fees.
Yes. Rundo is built specifically for Canadian trade businesses and is priced in Canadian dollars. It is available across all provinces and territories.
Rundo is priced in Canadian dollars starting at $49 per month for 3 users. Jobber starts at approximately $55 CAD per month for only 1 user, and charges extra for features like the marketing suite and automated follow-ups. Rundo includes everything in the base price with no add-on fees.
Housecall Pro starts at approximately $80 CAD per month for 1 user and charges additional fees for GPS tracking, flat rate pricing, and other features. Rundo starts at $49 CAD per month for 3 users with all core features included and no add-ons.
Rundo supports HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, general contracting, appliance repair, commercial HVAC, and plumbing gas. Each trade gets a pre-built price book with Canadian market rates.
Most trade businesses have their first job scheduled within 15 minutes of signing up. Rundo includes a free onboarding call where we set up your account together.
Yes. Rundo works on any device through a mobile browser. Technicians can view their jobs, update status, add notes, upload photos, and collect payments from their phone on the job site.
The Elite plan includes CSV export of invoices, jobs, and customers that can be imported into QuickBooks and other accounting software. A direct QuickBooks sync is on the product roadmap.

Yes. Rundo is built on Supabase with PostgreSQL and processes all payments through Stripe, which is bank-level encrypted. Customer data is stored securely on Canadian and US servers.
