Shipping policy

Where we ship

Canada only. We do not ship outside Canada right now. If you want gear sent to a US or international address, email support@rundo.ca and we will sort something out one off.

Rates

  • $10.00 CAD flat per order on anything with a tee or hat.
  • $2.00 CAD for sticker-only orders, sent lettermail with no tracking.

Shipping is one charge per order. Adding a sticker pack to a tee order does not double the rate.

How fast and how it ships

Orders ship within 3-5 business days of your payment clearing. Tee and hat orders go by Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking, and you will get the tracking number by email once the label is printed. Sticker-only orders go by lettermail with no tracking.

Address mistakes

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If you spot a typo, email support@rundo.ca before your order ships and we will fix it. Once the label is printed we cannot reroute it. The package goes where Canada Post takes it.

Lost or damaged

If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, give it two business days, since Canada Post sometimes marks a package early, then email support@rundo.ca and we will open a trace. If something arrives damaged, send a photo to support@rundo.ca and we will make it right.

Tax is collected on the order total including shipping, per CRA rules. Rundo is a GST/HST registrant and the registration number is on your receipt.
