Returns policy

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Email support@rundo.ca first so we know it is coming. Please do not mail anything back until you have heard from us.

What we’ll take back

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. If a tee has been through the wash or a hat has been worn on site, we cannot resell it, so we cannot take it back.

Sticker packs

Sticker packs are final sale. We cannot take vinyl stickers back once they have left us. If a pack arrives damaged or wrong, that is covered under “Damaged or wrong items” below.

How refunds work

Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we refund to your original payment method. It usually shows up on your statement within a few business days, depending on your bank. We will email you when the refund goes through.

Return shipping

You cover return shipping on a normal return, like a changed mind or the wrong size. Use any carrier you like. Tracked is safer if a package goes missing, so keep the tracking number until your refund arrives.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, email support@rundo.ca with a photo and your order number. We will either replace it or refund it, whichever we can do, since we may not have replacement stock. Either way it is at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not do direct exchanges. Inventory is small, so the simplest path is a refund on the original order and a new order in the size you want. Email support@rundo.ca if you want a hand with that.

Sales tax is refunded along with the item. Shipping you paid is not refunded on a changed-mind return. It is refunded on a damaged, defective, or wrong-item return.
